An early wake up call of 6am and on the trail heading down by 7am. Today we dropped 1800 metres.

No fresh snow overnight called for those who have crampons (Annie and Chris) to quickly put them on. Meanwhile everyone else (including the porters) struggled on the ice. Liz had a couple of falls earlier on and has hurt her archillies. She is still able to walk but has some pain. Nurofen and some anti inflammatory cream will hopefully do the trick. No sooner did Annie take her crampons off, she slipped on some rocks and will have a nice bruise to show for it. Elias, Courtney, Sammy, Bill, and Chris all injury free.

A dog a followed us all the way down from Base Camp. Courtney wants to take it home. I think she's secretly feeding it

Now sitting in our lodge dining room.

PARTY HARD TEAM.....you deserve it.

Looking at the picture.......Need I say anymore!!!!

Picture: Elias, Sammy, Chris and Courtney.

Does that mean there is a name change from "Trek Nepal with me" to "Trek Nepal with us"?

Didi. Are you serious re that photo?
That's bad news re Liz's archilies. Hope it's not serious.
We haven't been spared either. Suzi slipped on ice coming down from Namche and has blown out her re-co knee! Swollen badly.
Heading to Pokhara tomorrow until Friday afternoon. May see you.

Yes David, serious. Wifi not working so now on Ncell. It comes and goes depending on which way you're facing. We are due back at Pokhara in Thursday afternoon and due to fly back to Kat on Sat at 3pm. I think we will try and change our flight to a morning flight on Saturday to give us a bit more time in Kat. Shame about Suzi's knee. That would have been a challenge. Liz limping but once warms up is ok.

Hi all. Glad to see you coming down (mostly) safe and sound. Court - we miss you and we are so proud of what you have achieved (as always). Campbell is so lucky to have such an intrepid and inspiring sister. Can't wait to have you home (or at the very least, back in wifi range!). xoxo

Where is Bill? Good chance to do a little recuperation tomorrow when you reach the hot springs.

Wine. The other side of the dining table was a different storey. Annie, Liz and I were playing cards, meanwhile Bill was drinking Beer.
