These pictures were sent to me yesterday from Maggie (who was part of our Namche trek in January this year). As it turns out, Maggie knows someone in Nepal who knows my Nepalese guide Mingma.
The first photo on the left shows Mingma standing in front of what is said to be his re-built house..!! The reports coming back confirmed that Mingma's house, as well as nearly all the houses in his village (Chaurikharka, just below Lukla) were flattened by the earthquakes.
The second photo is the family portrait, which was taken and made into a canvas by Maggie following her January visit, and which was delivered to Mingma by myself on my EBC trek the following month. The canvas looks to have survived the damage.
Maggie also recently sent me this article describing the extent of the damage in the Lukla and Everest area. (thanks for the updates Maggie)

Looking forward to seeing Mingma again.
